2. Data collected

2.1 Free use, no registration

Using ordnung7.com requires no registration and no personal data. No name, email address or other identifying data is requested.

Visitor preferences (language, sound and visit count) are stored only in the visitor’s own browser and are not transmitted to our servers.

2.2 Visit statistics (self-hosted analytics)

To know how many people visit the work and to detect automated access, the server logs each visit. This analytics is self-hosted on our own server in Germany: no Google Analytics or any third-party tool is used, and no data leaves our infrastructure.

The following are recorded: date, time and page visited · anonymised IP address (truncated, does not allow identification of the visitor) · country and browser language · referring page, if any · browser, operating system and device type · a technical indicator of whether the visit comes from a bot.

Purpose: aggregate audience measurement, security and abuse detection, and diagnosis of technical errors.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). As the IP address is stored in anonymised form, this data does not allow identification of a natural person.

No profiling is carried out, no advertising is served, and this data is neither sold nor disclosed to third parties.

2.3 Press contacts

To publicise the work, press releases are sent to editorial offices and journalists. Addresses come from publicly accessible sources (contact pages and legal notices of the media outlets themselves) and are professional, not private, addresses.

The following are processed: professional email address, outlet, country and language · technical delivery data (date, delivery status, bounces and complaints) · date of any unsubscription.

Purpose: occasional press contact regarding the work ordnung7.com. No profiling and no commercial advertising.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in communication with the media. The recipient’s interest is safeguarded because the addresses are professional ones published by the outlet itself, the content relates directly to their journalistic activity, and every message includes an unsubscribe link with immediate effect.
Processor: sending is carried out via Mailgun (Sinch), in its European region, under a contract pursuant to art. 28 GDPR. Should any support access occur from outside the European Economic Area, it would be covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention: for as long as communication with the media is maintained. After an unsubscription, only the address is retained on a suppression list, for the sole purpose of not writing to that person again.
Unsubscribing and objection: every email includes an unsubscribe link with immediate effect. You may also request it by writing to contacto@martin-schenk.es.

Processing is based on legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in knowing how the site is used, protecting it against abusive access and keeping it running. As the IP address is stored in anonymised form, this data does not allow identification of a natural person. Processing of press contacts (section 2.3) is likewise based on legitimate interest in communication with the media.

The site is entirely free: no payments are processed, no banking details are requested, no paid products or services are offered, and there is no contractual relationship with the visitor.

6. Recipients

Visit statistics are hosted exclusively on our server in Germany and are not disclosed to third parties.

For sending press releases, Mailgun (Sinch) acts as processor, in its European region (section 2.3).

To generate the satirical texts, a request is sent to Anthropic containing only the chosen language and an anonymous counter, with no personal data of the visitor (section 9).

Personal data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Data would only be disclosed to the competent authorities upon legal request.

7. Your rights

At any time you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and not to be subject to automated decisions.

How to exercise them: send an email to contacto@martin-schenk.es stating your full name and email address, the right you wish to exercise, and a copy of a valid identity document. A response will be given within a maximum of 30 calendar days.

8. Complaints

If you believe the processing of your data infringes applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency: C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid · Tel. +34 912 663 517 · www.aepd.es

9. Use of artificial intelligence

This work uses artificial intelligence to generate part of the satirical texts shown during the procedure. Requests are transmitted to Anthropic and processed there with the Claude (Haiku) model on Anthropic’s infrastructure. Processing is automated; the results are not reviewed by a person.

No personal data of the visitor is transmitted to Anthropic: the request contains only the chosen language and an anonymous visit counter. This information is provided in accordance with article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence.

The generated texts are part of a work of satirical fiction and constitute no life, medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.

10. Security

Appropriate technical and organisational measures have been adopted to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk: SSL/TLS encryption on all communications, data minimisation (no identifying data of visitors is collected), and restricted access to personal data limited to authorised personnel.

11. Cookies

For information on the use of cookies, see the Cookie Policy.

12. Amendments

The right is reserved to amend this Privacy Policy to reflect legislative or case-law developments or changes in practice. Amendments will be published on this page with the date of last update.
